Your Account Settings on dafatoto are tied to your verified identity. We require KYC verification (government ID, phone confirmation) before you can deposit or withdraw. Once verified, all settings are encrypted and stored securely—your balance, payment methods, preferences, and activity remain private and accessible only to you via login credentials.

Managing Your dafatoto Profile and KYC Status

When you first open Account Settings on the dafatoto Android app or iOS Web browser, you'll see your profile card: full name, email, phone number, and KYC verification status. We display one of four statuses: Unverified (no ID submitted), Pending (ID uploaded, under review), Verified (ID confirmed, account active), or Expired (annual re-verification needed).

We require KYC verification before any deposit or withdrawal. To verify, tap the profile card and follow the guided verification flow. You'll upload a copy of your government ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) and confirm your phone number via SMS code. This process typically completes within one business day. Once verified, we send a confirmation email and push notification to your dafatoto account.

Your profile also displays your username and account creation date. On dafatoto, you cannot change your full name after it's linked to your KYC verification—this protects against fraud. Email and phone can be updated in Account Settings, but changes require re-verification via SMS or email confirmation link.

We keep verification current with an annual requirement. Thirty days before your KYC expires, dafatoto sends an in-app alert prompting you to re-verify. During football season (Liga 1, Piala AFF fixtures) or around holidays like Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, we may extend verification windows to avoid interrupting your account access.

Password Reset and Two-Factor Authentication

Your dafatoto password is your primary account security layer. In Account Settings, you can change your password anytime. Tap Security, then Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password, then set a new one. We require passwords to be at least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. dafatoto does not store your password in plain text—we hash it using industry-standard encryption, so even our support team cannot see it.

If you forget your password, tap Forgot Password on the login screen. We email a reset link valid for one hour. Click the link, set a new password, and log back into dafatoto. On Android APK and iOS Web both support password reset—no need to reinstall or access desktop; everything works on your phone.

Two-factor authentication adds a second verification step. Once enabled in Account Settings, every dafatoto login request from an unfamiliar device triggers an SMS code to your verified phone number. You enter the code on the login screen, then access your account. We cache familiar devices for 30 days—once trusted, that device won't ask for 2FA again until the cache expires.

Payment Methods and Withdrawal Preferences

dafatoto Account Settings stores all your linked payment methods. In the Payment Methods section, you'll see every deposit and withdrawal account you've used: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank accounts (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). We display the last four digits of each account for your reference.

You can add new payment methods in Account Settings by tapping Add Payment Method and selecting your provider. Follow each provider's login flow to authorize dafatoto, and the account is added instantly. To remove a payment method, tap the three-dot menu next to it and select Delete—this prevents accidental use but keeps the transaction history for your records.

Preferred withdrawal account

Set in Account Settings to define where dafatoto sends all future withdrawals by default. You can override this per withdrawal if needed.

Withdrawal review window

dafatoto reviews all withdrawal requests for compliance during business hours. Typically 1–3 business days before transfer, but bank delays may extend this.

Transfer confirmation

Once approved, dafatoto sends a confirmation email and push notification. Funds arrive in your chosen payment method within the stated timeframe.

In dafatoto Account Settings, the Notifications section lets you customize which alerts reach your phone. You can also set quiet hours—a time window when dafatoto will not send notifications, useful during sleep or work hours.

Email notification preferences are separate. In Account Settings, toggle email alerts for high-risk activities: new payment method added, withdrawal approved, password changed, KYC re-verification needed. We always send critical emails (account verification, password reset requests) regardless of your toggle—these cannot be disabled for security reasons.

dafatoto logs every account action in your Activity History, accessible from Account Settings. You'll see login timestamps, payment method changes, withdrawal requests, password resets, and 2FA events. This history helps you spot unauthorized access—if you see a login from a city you weren't in (say, from Medan when you're in Jakarta), you can reset your password immediately.

Preferences: Timezone, Currency, and Language

dafatoto Account Settings displays your timezone, which we infer from your phone's location. You can override this if needed—tap Timezone in Account Settings and select your preferred zone. We use this to schedule features correctly: match notifications arrive at sensible local times, and withdrawal timeframes reflect your region's business hours.

Currency is set by your chosen payment method. If you deposit via online payment in Indonesian Rupiah, dafatoto displays all balances and odds in IDR. Switching to e-wallet or mobile banking doesn't change currency—we maintain consistent accounting tied to your primary payment method. Language defaults to English; we do not offer regional language alternatives in Account Settings at this time, but all payment and league names (Liga 1, Piala Aff, local payment, online payment) remain standard regardless of region.
